What is USASI?
USASI is a consulting firm specializing in servicing highly regulated industries. USASI was founded in April, 2001 and has over 65 years of experience in the lending, health care, logistics, and IT arena.
Does your organization need USASI's services?
The mere fact that you are taking time to evaluate this websites demonstrates an organizational need. As a business manager you are already undertaking the difficult task of evaluating how to meet an unforeseen demand, while minimizing the distractions from your core business. USASI is ideal for these situations. We help managers effectively complete important projects, especially ones that need some degree of expertise. USASI is also useful in providing an objective, independent, yet expert perspective on your business.
Why should I use USASI as opposed to some other expert?
USASI has examined the industries we serve from many different perspectives. We understand what your needs are, as well as the needs of your business partners. We know what constitutes good performance and bad. We have seen both successful and unsuccessful operations and understand that there is more than one way to succeed. We have years of experience in evaluating businesses and have developed relationships nationwide with all of the industries' key players, as well as with regional and "mom and pop" operations.
How does USASI charge for its services?
Typically, USASI charges for time spent on an hourly basis. You would be provided with a written proposal of the work to be done, broken into phases, with estimates of how long each phase would take. If we discovered unforeseen complications that might significantly impact the original estimate, you would be advised immediately. We can also work on a "flat fee" basis or on a commission basis as conditions warrant. We also offer continuous availability for advice and consultation on a retainer basis.
What if we are not satisfied with the work?
As former members of industry, USASI's managers have experienced the cost of poor performing consulting firms. We understand the dilemma created when committing resources to a company that only makes matters more complex. As a result, we are confident that an organization must continually deliver quality service and value to its customers in order to build long-lasting, successful relationships. We expect our clients to realize value and good service from our efforts, and we strongly believe that we can deliver. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any work we do, no payment is necessary, no questions asked. This is our way of guaranteeing satisfaction.
