Frequently Asked Questions

What is USASI?

U.S. Advisory Services, Inc. is a consulting firm specializing in servicing financial institutions. Founded in April, 2001, USASI continues to grow predominately due to success in providing anti-money laundering compliance consulting services to the money services business industry.

Does your organization need USASI's services?

The mere fact that you are taking time to evaluate our website demonstrates an organizational need. As a business manager, you are already undertaking the difficult task of sustaining or even growing you financial services business in an industry that is shrinking. Complying with government requirements isn’t an option; it can be overwhelming, burdensome (especially with an inefficient program), and/or simply foreign. Let our knowledgeable staff provide the right guidance for you.

Why should I use USASI as opposed to some other expert?

Having over 35 years combined experience in the financial services industry, we understand your needs. We have seen both successful and unsuccessful operations, and we know how to help you succeed. We have developed relationships, with key contacts in multiple industries, from coast to coast. Most importantly, we always put the client first; we pride ourselves in continuously surprising our patrons with service that has been described time-and-time-again as “far exceeding” expectation.

How does USASI charge for its services?

Typically, USASI charges for time spent on an hourly basis. You would be provided with a written proposal of the work to be done, often segmented into individual projects or phases, with estimates of how long each would take. Occasionally (as projects warrant), we work on a "flat fee" or commission basis. We also offer continuous availability for advice and consultation on a retainer basis.

What if we are not satisfied with the work?

As former members of industry, USASI's managers have experienced the cost of poor performing consulting firms. We understand the dilemma created when committing resources to a company that only makes matters more complex. We expect our clients to realize value and good service from our efforts, and we believe we can deliver. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any work we do, no payment is necessary, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied, we are not satisfied.
